Ojas & Nourishment

Restore and replenish with me this summer in southeastern Minnesota’s beautiful driftless region. We will spend 3 nights on a picturesque 10 acre farm with incredible vistas of rolling hills, valleys, and woods. Located just 3 hours from the Twin Cities, this historic home has been lovingly, invitingly restored and is family owned and operated. Our gracious hosts live full time on the property.

This year's retreat is a girls only weekend and will be themed around Nourishment & Ojas. Ojas is a term from Ayurveda that refers to our stores of resilience, immunity, energy, and strength. It's helpful to look at the ways we restore, maintain, or deplete our stores. Our retreat will allow us time to restore our ojas with all types of nourishment: stillness, quiet, good food in good company, nature, movement, laughter, space, and connection.

Good to know..

  •  Guests will arrive at Big Raven Farm on Thursday Sep 17th between 5-7pm (dinner served at 7). Depart on Sunday around noon. 
  • Full payments are due 60 days prior to the retreat (July 17th). Check is preferred, venmo is available. All payments are non-refundable. 
  • There is wi-fi, and you will be able to keep in touch with your people but… please intend to take a break from devices as much as possible.

    Luxuriously long daily yoga practices consisting of yin, flow, pranayama, meditation, mantra, dharma talks, and long savasanas.

    Option to request a workshop or discussion topic.
